How to Use the Inflatable Protective Bag

01 — Prepare the Bag

Prepare the inflatable protective bag before packing.

Place the deflated bag on a clean, flat surface and make sure the opening is ready for inserting the product.

02 — Insert the Product

Place the product inside the inner bag.

Carefully position the product in the center of the inner bag to ensure proper protection during transportation

03 — Inflate the Bag

Inflate the air cushion chambers with an air pump.

Connect the inflation nozzle and gradually inflate the protective air chambers until the product is securely cushioned.

04 — Ready for Shipping

Check the protection and prepare for shipment.

Make sure the product is securely suspended inside the inflated bag, then place the protected package into the shipping carton.

1：Calculate Bag Dimensions (Length & Width)

Unlike standard dunnage bags used for cargo bracing, the bag-in-bag system requires the product to be fully enveloped and suspended. The calculation follows a simple formula:

Minimum Bag Size = Product Size + Clearance (5 cm on ALL sides)

Step-by-Step Calculation:

Dimension Formula Example

Bag Length Product Length + (5 cm × 2) + valve allowance Product 20 cm → Bag ≥ 30 cm + valve space

Bag Width Product Width/Circumference + (5 cm × 2) + fold allowance Product 15 cm wide → Bag ≥ 25 cm

2：Critical Rule:

The product must sit centered with at least 5 cm (2 inches) clearance between the product’s edges and the outer bag seal on all sides. This clearance is mandatory to form a proper air-suspension zone. If the product touches the bag wall, the suspension effect is lost.
